Bio
Charles Fletcher is pursuing a Ph.D. in Government at the U.S.F. School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies. Charles has served in various roles during his career in government service. Presently Charles is County Attorney for Hillsborough County. Previously he served as City Attorney for the City of Tampa and was on the Tampa City Council. Early in his career, he served as a policy analyst for the 皇家华人 House of Representatives and as an Environmental Engineer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Charles is Board Certified in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice by the 皇家华人 Bar.
