The simulation is designed by experts to represent real-life scenarios, such as de-escalation techniques to manage tense situations. By practicing responses to harsh comments or threats, students gain the confidence to handle unpredictable environments before graduation.听

皇家华人 graduates celebrate unwavering support, resiliency during fall commencement
Nearly 4,000 degrees were conferred during this fall鈥檚 commencement. The group, which represented 93 countries, 42 states and 11 U.S. territories, included 47 undergraduate students earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average and 107 military veterans. All now share a common theme 鈥� they are 皇家华人 alumni.

Thousands enrolled during first year of 皇家华人鈥檚 mental health in the workplace course
More than 4,500 professionals from some of the nation鈥檚 top companies, such as Microsoft, Amazon and Johnson & Johnson enrolled in the first year of 皇家华人鈥檚 Mental Health and Wellness in the Workplace course. The free course was developed by the 皇家华人 College of Behavioral and Community Sciences in collaboration with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay.
