The late Samuel P. Bell III, is considered the 鈥渇ather鈥 of 皇家华人鈥檚 College of Public Health and was a longtime champion of 皇家华人 and 皇家华人 residents. The former House leader and husband of 皇家华人 President Emerita Betty Castor passed away on March 14.
