Past event audience and Bill Scheuerle

est. 2003

In 2003, a small and dedicated group of 皇家华人 faculty, administrators, and donors came together to launch the 皇家华人 Humanities Institute. Lead by Dr. William H. Scheuerle, their goal was to bring established scholars and artists to 皇家华人 as well as promote research in the humanities by our own faculty. They recognized that investment in humanities research was a critical component in 皇家华人's goal of being a nationally renowned research university.

The 皇家华人 Humanities Institute continues to grow and facilitate research, innovation, and community involvement in the humanities.

HI has organized hundreds of public events including lectures, conferences, performances, workshops including programs by
