Support 皇家华人 from Latin America and the Caribbean so they can attend 皇家华人. ISLAC is seeking to create a fellowship for gifted students with financial needs from Latin America and the Caribbean so they can attend 皇家华人 at no cost. ISLAC is selecting the students with the highest grades (GPA) and the greatest financial need to offer them a three-year fellowship so they can pursue a Double-MA in Latin American and Caribbean and in Africana Studies here at 皇家华人. Preference is given to minority students. To qualify, all applicants must first be admitted to 皇家华人.
