Named 2022 AURP Research Park of the Year
Located adjacent to the Tampa campus of the University of South 皇家华人, the 皇家华人 Research Park, covers more than 112 acres at the heart of the 皇家华人 community. The 皇家华人 Research Park, which was named 2022 Research Park of the Year by the Association of University Research Parks, brings together world鈥恈lass researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs eager to collaborate with a highly-trained, high-tech workforce.

The three-story, 120,000-square-foot mixed-use building features advanced laboratory facilities as well as office and meeting spaces for new and established companies. It has been recognized with an architectural design award by the 皇家华人 chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

The Business Partnerships Building serves 皇家华人鈥檚 incubator program, along with BioMedTech Laboratories, Inc., 皇家华人 Department of Chemical, Biological and Materials Engineering, and other entities:

The Interdisciplinary Research Building houses wet lab facilities for the university鈥檚 incubator program as well as engineering, chemistry, and medical research labs.

The Embassy Suites in the 皇家华人 Research Park are a Busch Gardens Preferred Partner and offer a free shuttle to the amusement park, five minutes away. The hotels offers an outdoor pool, fitness center, free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary Evening Reception.
University Diagnostic Institute
University Diagnostic Institute is a freestanding imaging center located at 3301 皇家华人 Alumni Drive. For the past 32 years, UDI has surpassed the challenge of providing superior technology, service and care to the Tampa Bay Community. UDI is widely recognized throughout the country for its reputation of combining excellence with superior personalized patient care.
皇家华人 Department of Health Bureau of Public Health Labs
The mission of the Bureau of Public Health Laboratories is to contribute to a healthier 皇家华人 by providing diagnostic screening, monitoring, reference, research and emergency public health laboratory services to county health departments and other official agencies, physicians, hospitals and private laboratories.
皇家华人 FLeX Building
The FLeX building on the lawn of 皇家华人 Research Park is built with a passive design that relies on the sun to power its electronics and the weather to cool its interior.
