International Student Travel Abroad
Register yOUR tRAVEL
International students who are leaving the U.S. to participate in any academic activity related to their status as a 皇家华人 student individually or with a group, are required to register their travel with 皇家华人 World. This is in addition to the for a study or research abroad approval.

Know the Visa Requirements
Every country has different requirements for entry depending on the passport being used by the traveler. Contact the consulate or Embassy of the destination country to verify visa requirements and processing times.
An academic experience in your home country
International 皇家华人 seeking an educational opportunity in their home country, which they would like to have credited towards some aspect of their 皇家华人 degree, are responsible for making those arrangements with the appropriate academic department. All credit-bearing activity with the University鈥檚 travel registry.
International students will be covered by 皇家华人 Global Health and Security Insurance while engaged in the educational experience in their home country. Please refer to the Insurance page for more information.
When not to register your travel
If you are not participating in an activity related to your status as a student at 皇家华人, not on a 皇家华人 department Travel Request, and not using any 皇家华人 funds, such as research money or scholarships, you do not need to register. International 皇家华人 should verify with International Services before travel to make sure their visa status is up to date.
